$320 - SOLD! This dress is made of a lush blue synthetic velvet and a lightweight woven cotton. The trim is silver, white and 'pearl,' and the dress comes with a belt sporting a white feather fan on the end of a silver cord. The velvet of the bodice and underskirt are stamped with a large light blue design, visible in the picture on the left, though the colors on the right picture are more true in general. This dress fits a 39' bust and 34' waist, and is hemmed to fit a person who is 5'5".
